Kasho Fugetsu Itsumono Kurimushi Yokan
An easy-to-enjoy everyday version of chestnut steamed yokan made with Kasama chestnuts from Ibaraki. The gentle sweetness of Hokkaido azuki bean paste complements the chestnuts’ soft texture and natural flavour, while the finish remains light and clean. Comforting and approachable, it is a lovely sweet for teatime or a simple treat at home.
Fair Trade with Producers:
Kasama chestnuts are a seasonal ingredient shaped by time, labour and the natural growing environment. Even when carefully grown, their value is not always fully reflected in the market. We continue to work with growers through fair and respectful relationships so that this local ingredient can be carried forward into the future.
Recommended for:
・Those looking for a gentle wagashi to enjoy regularly
・Those searching for a teatime sweet or a treat for the home
・Those who enjoy a simple, comforting chestnut yokan
