Kasho Fugetsu Manyokan Kasama
A steamed chestnut yokan made with generous amounts of Kasama chestnuts from Ibaraki, one of Japan’s most celebrated chestnut-growing regions. The chestnuts are gently broken and folded into the yokan to highlight their soft, fluffy texture and natural sweetness. Paired with refined Hokkaido azuki bean paste, it has a light, clean finish that makes it especially easy to enjoy.
Fair Trade with Producers:
Kasama chestnuts are grown over the course of a year, shaped by careful cultivation and the uncertainties of the weather. Even with that effort, market prices do not always reflect the work behind them. We believe in continuing to buy from growers through dialogue and fair relationships rather than simply pursuing lower prices. By choosing this product, you help support the people and the region behind it.

・Those who prefer a lighter style of chestnut steamed yokan
・Those who value a soft, fluffy chestnut texture
・Those looking for a sweet that pairs well with both tea and coffee

Its clean finish pairs beautifully with warm green tea or hojicha. Chilling before serving will bring out the chestnut flavour even more.
