Kikkoman Chilled Somen Noodle Soup Korean Cold Noodle Style 150g
Kikkoman's take on Korean cold noodle soup combines beef extract with seven types of Japanese vegetable dashi and real pear purée, delivering a broth that is rich yet clean — close to naengmyeon in character, poured straight over chilled somen with no preparation needed.
The pouch can also be frozen and squeezed over noodles as a granita-style slushy topping for an extra cooling effect on warm days. A summer-limited product that brings a cross-cultural flavour to the home kitchen.
Ingredients
Starch hydrolysate (manufactured in Japan), sugar, brewed vinegar, apple vinegar, soy sauce (contains soy and wheat), salt, pear purée, beef extract (contains soy and gelatine), garlic, vegetable extract, concentrated apple juice, chicken extract, onion powder / flavour enhancer (amino acids, etc.), thickener (xanthan gum).
