Like all products in the Ogawa Coffee shop series, the beans carry the company's own ARK certification, which tracks each origin back to its producers and selects only those that consistently meet Ogawa's flavour criteria. The After Mix roasting method roasts each origin, and even different roast levels of the same bean, entirely separately before blending — a process that preserves the character of individual beans rather than averaging it out. The result is a cup with strong fragrance, low acidity, and a full, lingering body that suits those who prefer their coffee on the bold side.
