The Carrot variety of Ishibashiya's Zakkoku Konnyaku Noodles adds both paprika and carrot to the same konjac and ancient grain base shared across the range, giving the noodles a warm orange-red hue without any artificial colouring. The combination of paprika and carrot produces a slightly more vivid colour than the pumpkin version, making it a particularly striking option when used in dishes where presentation matters — cold noodle salads, mixed grain bowls, or colourful hot pot spreads where the three varieties are served together. Like the rest of the range, the noodles are made without wheat, entirely additive-free, and ready to use after a brief rinse in water. The star-shaped cross-section provides the same smooth texture and sauce-holding character as the other varieties. A well-rounded, naturally colourful noodle that rounds out the full three-colour set alongside the spinach and pumpkin versions.
