Orihiro's Salted Lemon Konnyaku Jelly is a variation designed specifically for warm weather and active days, combining real lemon juice with a small amount of salt from Ako no Amashio — a well-regarded Japanese sea salt from Hyogo Prefecture — and 324mg of citric acid per pouch to provide a clean, refreshing lemon flavour alongside a modest electrolyte contribution. The salt is present enough to round and lift the lemon flavour without making the jelly taste noticeably saline, which makes it easy to eat at any point during the day. The konjac base gives the same firm, bouncy texture as the rest of the range. Each 120g pack contains six individual 20g portions in the anti-choking pouch format, with no added colouring.
