Sato no Yuki Shiki Silken Tofu 300g
Sato no Yuki's Shiki Silken Tofu is made from 100% Japanese-grown soybeans set with nigari — natural bittern drawn from seawater — and prepared using the company's proprietary sterilisation process and airtight paper carton packaging. The result is a tofu that retains the clean, mildly sweet character of fresh-made silken tofu and can be stored at room temperature until opened, with no preservatives used. The silky, delicate texture works particularly well served cold as hiyayakko with soy sauce and grated ginger, blended into miso soup, or used as the base for chilled desserts and smoothies. A reliable, well-crafted tofu that is easy to keep in the cupboard and reach for whenever it is needed — at home, for camping, or as a practical emergency storecupboard staple.
