【Best Before:01/07/2026】Morinaga Silken Soft Tofu 250g
Morinaga's Silken Tofu is made using a proprietary milling method in which the soya beans are dehulled and only the inner grain is used to produce the soy milk. The result is a tofu with a noticeably clean, rich soy flavour and an exceptionally smooth, impurity-free texture — softer and more delicate than most silken tofus available outside Japan. It works beautifully served cold as hiyayakko with a little soy sauce, grated ginger and spring onion, blended into soups, miso soup or smoothies, or used as a base for chilled desserts and dressed salads. A quietly versatile ingredient that earns its place in any Japanese home kitchen.
