Shinmarusho Bonito Dashi Pack Non-MSG 40g (5 sachets)
Shinmarusho has specialised in katsuobushi — dried bonito flakes — since 1933, operating out of Yaizu in Shizuoka Prefecture, one of Japan's most celebrated bonito fishing regions. Their dashi packs bring together bonito powder, kombu, shiitake mushroom, and soy sauce powder in a convenient teabag-style sachet, with no MSG added. Each 8g sachet is simply simmered in water for a few minutes to produce a clear, deeply flavoured dashi stock — the foundation of miso soup, noodle broths, simmered dishes, and countless other Japanese recipes. Five sachets per pack, reusable up to twice.
