A Hong Kong twist on the Basque burnt cheesecake from Chroma TEArapy. Rich, creamy full-fat soft cheese, mascarpone and double cream are baked to a signature caramelised top and a soft, molten centre, made with Chroma’s own Hong Kong milk tea spread, also available on its own at WASO, for a fragrant, malty black-tea flavour and a smooth, milky finish. A 7-inch cake, perfect for sharing. Serves 8-10.

※ Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Transfer to a refrigerator at 0–4°C to defrost 2 days before consumption. Do not refreeze once thawed.
