Futaba Nori Katsuo Seaweed and Fish Furikake Rice Seasoning 50g
Nori Katsuo is one of Futaba's most popular furikake varieties, centred on a generous 22% dried fish flake content — a bold, savoury combination of katsuobushi bonito with mackerel and sardine that delivers a deep, ocean-forward umami. Nori seaweed and aonori green laver add a second layer of flavour, while white sesame brings a light nuttiness to the finish. Fish-forward and intensely savoury, it is best enjoyed over plain steamed rice, in ochazuke, or sprinkled over onigiri.
