Hong Kong Style French Toast 120g
A Hong Kong cha chaan teng icon: thick slices of bread coated in egg and cooked until golden and crisp at the edges, with a soft, custardy centre. Serving suggestion:
Oven
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Remove all packaging.
3. Place the frozen French toast on a baking tray.
4. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
5. Remove and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Air fryer:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
2. Remove all packaging.
3. Place the French toast in a single layer in the basket.
4. Heat for 8-10 minutes.
