Plump, pillowy mini focaccia packed with sweet Hokkaido edamame and melted shredded cheese, finished with a gentle kick of black pepper. The springy, mochi-like dough — made from 100% Japanese wheat and STYLE BREAD's own Kiryu sourdough culture, nurtured by the clean air and water of Kiryu, Gunma — carries a depth of flavour that only slow, cold fermentation can produce. Flash-frozen at -45°C the moment it leaves the oven, every loaf locks in that just-baked aroma and soft, bouncy crumb. To serve, simply reheat in a preheated oven at 180-220°C for 4-5 minutes. A light mist of water before baking gives the crust an extra crackle. Natural thawing at room temperature also works perfectly.
