Kasho Fugetsu
Founded in 1948 in Hitachi, Ibaraki, Kasho Fugetsu is a traditional wagashi shop devoted to the artistry of handcrafted sweets. Each confection reflects the beauty of Japan’s changing seasons. Their signature chestnut steamed yokan features the rare Iinuma chestnut, grown by only a handful of farmers in Japan. Working closely with local producers, the brand continues to honour the natural character of its ingredients while creating a “chain and cycle of smiles” through wagashi.
