Mayonnaise and egg are notoriously difficult ingredients to freeze well — mayonnaise tends to separate, and cooked egg can turn dry and crumbly when frozen slowly. To preserve both the creaminess of the mayonnaise and the gentle texture of the egg, we have introduced a rapid blast-freezing process immediately after cooking, locking in quality at its peak. Simply thaw under running water for approximately 10 minutes, and it is ready to use straight away.
