This Supreme thick-cut version delivers an extra-rich shrimp roe character, with each generously sized strand carrying savoury depth and the signature springy bite of Hong Kong egg noodles. The thicker noodle is built for sauce-coated dry-tossed bowls - toss with spring onion oil, oyster sauce or premium soy for the classic Cantonese lo mein experience. Equally at home in a clear broth with prawn wontons or sliced choy sum. A generous 540g family-size bag with 12 servings, ideal for everyday cooking and for sharing.
