Plump, tender asari clams simmered low and slow with ginger in a sweet soy glaze — a classic Japanese preserved dish known as shigureni.

The depth of soy sauce is balanced with the gentle sweetness of mirin, drawing out the natural savouriness of the clams in every bite. Fresh ginger lifts the finish cleanly, cutting through the richness without overpowering it.
