This classic Hong Kong–style street braised dish captures authentic street flavours. Each box includes cuttlefish, pork intestines, and chicken gizzards. It comes with individually packed house-made sauces from “Guru Kitchen”: sweet sauce, mustard, and a signature sweet soy sauce with scallions.

Fun Fact:
Hong Kong–style braised dishes and Chaozhou-style braised dishes are quite different. Chaozhou braised dishes use a dark braising stock with a wide range of spices, resulting in a richer and more intense flavour. Hong Kong–style braised dishes, on the other hand, use a light braising stock with simpler seasonings such as bay leaves and star anise, focusing on preserving the natural freshness and original taste of the ingredients.

Serving Instructions:
Thaw in a refrigerator at 0–4°C for 12 hours. Once thawed, the braised snacks are ready to eat. You can drizzle the three sauces over the braised items according to your preference or serve them separately as dipping sauces.
